This Privacy Policy applies specifically to Typical Rodney: Zombitz (“the Game”), published by Anubis Calls Corporation. It supplements our general company Privacy Policy at anubiscalls.com/privacy-policy — where the two differ, this page governs for this Game, because this Game displays advertisements and therefore collects more than our general policy describes.
Summary
The Game does not require you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, or other directly-identifying information. To show ads and process in-app purchases, the Game and its third-party service providers do collect device-level identifiers (like your advertising ID) and technical device information, as described below.
Advertising (IronSource / LevelPlay)
The Game displays rewarded and interstitial video ads using ironSource Mobile Ltd.’s LevelPlay mediation platform (“ironSource”). To select, serve, and measure these ads, ironSource and the ad networks it mediates for may collect:
Your device’s advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android, or Identifier for Vendor/Advertising Identifier on iOS)
Device information such as device model, operating system version, language, and time zone
General network/connection information (e.g., Wi-Fi vs. mobile data)
Approximate location derived from IP address or carrier information (not precise GPS location)
Ad interaction data (which ads were shown, clicked, or completed, for reward purposes)
We do not receive or store your advertising identifier ourselves — it is collected directly by ironSource and its mediated ad networks under their own privacy policies. You can limit ad tracking at the operating system level:
iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, or Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising
Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID (or “Opt out of Ads Personalization,” depending on Android version)
In-App Purchases
If the Game offers in-app purchases, those transactions are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive, process, or store your payment card details or billing information — that is handled by Apple’s and Google’s own payment systems under their respective privacy policies.
Data Stored Locally On Your Device
The Game stores some information locally on your device only, to let you continue where you left off:
Save game progress and unlocked content
Purchase records (to restore purchases you’ve already paid for)
Game settings/preferences
This local data is not transmitted to Anubis Calls’ own servers, because we do not operate any backend servers for this Game.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
We do not knowingly direct this Game at, or knowingly collect personal information from, children under 13. Because the Game displays third-party mediated advertising, it is not intended for use by children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the Game and that ironSource or a mediated network has collected data from them, please contact us at legal@anubiscalls.com so we can look into it, and also contact ironSource directly.
Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws)
Because advertising identifiers in this Game are collected by ironSource and its ad network partners rather than by us directly, requests to access, delete, or opt out of that data collection should generally be directed to ironSource (via their privacy policy above) or through your device’s own ad-tracking settings (see Advertising section above). For anything collected or stored by Anubis Calls directly, contact us at legal@anubiscalls.com and we will respond in accordance with applicable law (GDPR, CCPA, the Philippines Data Privacy Act, PIPEDA, and the UK Data Protection Act 2018, as applicable to you).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the Game’s features change (for example, if we add new ad formats or ad networks). Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
