Rodney Hooks is a seasoned leader and dedicated military veteran with over 20 years of distinguished service as a Physical Security and Anti-Terrorism Officer. His career includes deployments and assignments across Iraq, Afghanistan, Kosovo, Cuba, Germany, and Japan—serving in Okinawa, Tokyo, and Kyoga-Misaki—where he consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and an unwavering commitment to mission success and the safety of his teams.
Transitioning to the private sector, Rodney applies the same values of discipline, integrity, and resilience that defined his military career. His move from military service to executive leadership reflects a deep dedication to purpose-driven innovation, operational excellence, and empowering high-performing teams.
